We stand behind the Smart Student Masterclass. If you attend the training, apply what it teaches, and don't feel it was worth your investment, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No hoops.

How to request a refund

Email reiley@deltayou.com.au from the address you purchased with, and let us know you'd like a refund. We'll process it back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Digital products & add-ons

Order bumps and one-time upgrades (such as the VIP Workbook or VIP Experience) are covered by the same 30-day guarantee. Recurring subscriptions (for example the Academy) can be cancelled any time from your account or by emailing us; cancelling stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.

Results

We teach a study method. We can't and don't guarantee specific grades or outcomes — those depend on each student's effort and circumstances. The money-back guarantee is our promise that the training is worth it; it is not a guarantee of academic results.
