These terms apply when you buy or use products and services from Delta You / Smart Student at smartryou.com. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Smart Student Masterclass is a live online training session (with Q&A) that teaches study skills. Some products include on-demand lessons, downloadable resources, community access, or recurring memberships, as described at checkout. Access is for your personal use.

Your account & access

Access is tied to your email. Please keep your access link private and don't share your account — access is granted for a single student/household. We may suspend accounts that share or resell access.

Payments & subscriptions

Prices are shown at checkout in USD and processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are charged once; subscriptions and payment plans bill on the schedule shown at checkout until they complete or you cancel. You can cancel a subscription any time from your account or by emailing us.

Results disclaimer

We teach a method for studying more effectively. We do not guarantee any particular grade, mark, ATAR, or outcome — results depend on each student's effort and circumstances. Any examples or testimonials are individual results, not promises. We are an independent education program and are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any school, university, or examination authority.

Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, and resources are our intellectual property and are provided for your personal learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell them.

Liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
